Baluns, Convert UTP RJ45/RJ48 or RJ21 Telco to Coax

The Tekmos range of Baluns, and Balun Panels, are the solution to connecting 120 ohm twisted pair to 75 ohm coaxial. Suitable for Voice, Data or Signalling Networks and equipment. Designed for the connection of 120 ohm equipment to 75 ohm coax Networks.

We have solutions for RJ45/RJ48, Krone, KATT, IDC , Telco, RJ21, Amp Champ, SCSI and D Type connectors used on the 100, or 120 ohm twisted pair interface, and BNC, Type43, HD43, Ericsson M4, 1.6/5.6, 1.0/2.3 connectors used on the 75 ohm coax interface.

We offer every size of solution, from a single Balun Connector, easy to fit onto UTP or STP cable, no special tools required, to Balun Panels which house 96 Baluns (48E1 or T1 transmit and receive circuits), in a 1U, 19 inch rack unit. If we don't have a solution off the shelf, our design and build service can deliver a solution to meet your exact needs, with delivery within 30 days of design approval, at a very competitive price.
