The 16 E1 Quad Coax Impedance Matching Balun Panel provides 75-120 ohm coax to twisted pair conversion for 16 E1 channels (Tx and Rx). The panel conforms to ITU-T G.703, matching the impedance and signal characteristics of 32 unbalanced 75 ohm coax connections with 8 balanced 120 ohm twisted pair connections. Each RJ45 connector carries 2 E1 channels.
Only 1U high, the 19 inch rack mount balun panel is available with BNC, 1.6/5.6 (Small Siemens) or Type 43 (BT43, SMZ) coax connectors.
