The Tekmos 16 Bearer Balun Panel provides impedance matching and isolation protection for the conversion of 16 E1/T1 coax channels to 16 balanced bearers. Coax connectors can be specified as Type 43 (BT) or 1.6/5.6 (Small Siemens). The 16 balanced bearers are output on a 50 way female Telco connector.

Coax cables are available to connect from the netwrok to the Bearer Balun Panel. Shielded twisted pair cables are available for connection between the balun panel and the acceSS7 Cardcage, Concentrator Unit or Splitter Unit as required.

Use one panel per acceSS7 Interface Card (16 E1/T1).
