Description
Designed to meet or exceed ITU-T G.703 Specifications for bi-directional unbalanced to balanced signal conversion, at data rates from 2.048Mbps to 8.448Mbps. Provides 75 ohm (unbalanced coax) to 120 ohm (balanced twisted pair) impedance matching for 48 E1 Circuits. Coaxial connectors can be specified as 1.0/2.3 or High Density HDC Type 43, the twisted pair connectors are shielded RJ45 / RJ48C.

This high density Telecom Balun Panel only occupies 1 unit of rack space in a standard 19" rack, the most space efficient panel available. The front Tufnol Panel isolates the coaxial connectors, internal jumpers control the grounding options, unless otherwise specified units are supplied with Tx Ring grounded direct to the shield of the RJ45 connectors, Rx Ring is grounded to Pins 7 & 8 and the RJ45 shield via a 0.1uf capacitor. Please advise when ordering if you require a different grounding scheme.
