Description
The 16 x E1 Modular Balun Panel presents both the coaxial and RJ45 connector on the front face. The 75 to 120 ohm impedance matching 19" rack-mount Balun Panel, fits 32 coax and 16 RJ45 / RJ48 connectors in only 66mm, 2.6" (1.5U) of vertical 19" rack space. Mounting ears allow fitting every half pitch, to maximise the saved rack space. Alternative mounting ears are available for 23" racks.

Available with BNC, 1.6/5.6 (Small Siemens) or Type43 (BT) coaxial connectors. The Tekmos G.703 Modular Dual Path Balun Panel matches the impedance and signal characteristics of up to 16 dual 75 ohm coax connectors (16 x E1 Circuits) with up to 16 RJ45 / RJ48 twisted pair connections.

The modular construction allows up to 16 seperate G.703 Balun Modules in a 1.5U 19" rack mountable chassis or they can be purchased in the fully populated format shown above. This modular approach provides cost effective solutions, with a proven growth path.
