Description
Designed to provide impedance matching and isolation protection for 16 coax channels (8 links) and one card in the Agilent AcceSS7^TM Cardcage. Available with 75 ohm Type43 (BT) or 1.6/5.6 (Small Siemens) Connectors on the Network Interface and a 120 ohm 50 way female Amp connector on the AcceSS7^TM Interface. Shielded Twisted Pair Cables are available, for connection between the Tekmos Balun Panel and the AcceSS7TM Cardcage, Concentrator Unit, or, Splitter Units.

Installation Guidlines
These Panels are suitable for installations where the AcceSS7^TM Cardcage is to be connected to unbalanced (75 ohm coax) SS7 links. The recommended distance between the Panel and the SS7 connection is 3 metres (10 feet). Subject to error free performance this distance may be extended to 30 metres (100 feet). Use one Panel per AcceSS7^TM Interface Card, for a fully populated Cardcage the Tekmos 96 Way Impedance Matching and Isolating Panel, with 400mm Cable Tails or PCB Mount with 50 Way Champ Connectors could be more suitable.
